I really loved the "Darn it" @ 8:00. Appreciate the lack of profanity in this unboxing video. I like the review, and testing the water temp of each was a nice touch, too.

Save your receipts and the old coffee maker. These are great (for about a month) and then they stop working. Keurig will probably replace it after a lot of trouble, but they will take a couple of weeks to get you another. So you need to buy two, or at least keep your old one. And oh, you’ll find out about the “descale” problem in about a month too. Don’t buy their descale solution. Vinegar will work fine and the machine probably won’t power on after the “descale” operation anyway. Enjoy it while it lasts.
I have had the same problem. Bought a new K-Supreme Plus after about three weeks of coffee brewing it began requiring 2 attempts of brewing to get a 12oz cup of coffee. I descaled the brewer and 3 week later same problem as before.
@@Chromedome3301 that kuerig solution is citric acid its 8_9 times stronger than vinegar . Vinegar must sit in brewer 2 hours to descale, descale stuff does it in 30 min but alot better. Plus hold the 8 oz and 10 oz button for 5 sec to reset light if its on says descale. Not resetting can cause problem too.

Jennifer had to have the one that makes a pot or a cup, I tried to tell her we poor folks but you know it was like a hundred and something. We drink coffee all day, but I said dang hunny for $20.00 we get just the pot. Nope she had to have the combo lol she won as always lmao.
I bought the K-cup supreme a month ago. Totally crappy product. Water spills all over the place. The descale light stays on even after descaling. I like the look of the machine and the handle for the water. But other than that totally disappointed.
I also don’t like the quiet machine. I want to hear the sounds of the coffee brewing...the sizzles... like I’m in a coffee shop with a barista preparing the coffee. This is quiet machine feels like a leaky faucet. Not a fan. BTW, I have owned several keurig brewers but this is by far the worst machine.
Don’t buy it. About to throw it out in the trash!

There’s a specific way to enable descale mode you don’t just start pouring solution or vinegar in. Once you do it as described in the manual should be all set. It also shouldn’t more splatter anymore unless you use compostable k cups or a stronger setting.
