from 3:17 the first lick is E minor pentatonic A B D E G A B G A E. then go E minor blues pentatonic to A B D E. D bend a whole tone to E E A E G D E. A bend a half tone to Bb, back to A, G E, repeat last 5 notes. Thats it!
G major with a muted or open high E string, to an F# minor with open B and high E string. And he's not playing the bass note/low E string on either of the chords.
