The difference is that he has a huge smile on his face all of the time now. He’s happy and at peace now. You can be in love with someone, and they can still be totally wrong for you and bring you a lot of pain. He and Gwen definitely have chemistry, but they’ve also got friendship, mutual respect, and similar personalities. That’s what was missing before. Lust and infatuation alone don’t last.
I think Gwen's days are numbered. Just as soon as Blake finds another infatuation..he will be all over the place proposing to her and acting like he never knew Gwen..

@@dolgol5369 Gwen doesn't either, she just really likes it. She's really good at applying it, she does her own makeup for The Voice. She loves trying new looks and experimenting with it. But she looks pretty without it. Miranda wears quite a lot of makeup too, it's just more natural colours that she picks. Not necessarily less products.
And why too old? It bothered no-one when he was with someone seven years younger than him, nobody cared. Now he's with someone seven years older and suddenly people comment on it all the time. That's incredibly sexist.
