When you're with someone for a long time, you stop doing/saying "sweet" stuff not because the magic is gone but because the relationship has become stable and both are calm in what they share. That's why both PP and Billkin have to think or exaggerate things when asked to compliment each other. The things they naturally say about each other are more beautiful and lovable than the "sweet stuff" they often have to forcefully dish out.
Most answers of Billikin and PP comes as "WE know each other" "WE meet each other all the time" "WE are always together". They truly flex a lot about then understanding each other eh!😂.

About the promotion question she used a tricky question. The word “คบกัน” can be used in a friendship and also in a lover relationship. Also the part when she said “But you like it” actually she didn’t clearly state that the thing PP likes is the bad habits Billkin has or just Billkin himself, but to me it’s most likely that PP likes Billkin since she emphasized the word “You both stay together till today”, she used tricky questions and I found it sooo cute when I saw them responding to those questions.
