I start my training for blackjack dealing next week at the casino. Any tips for me? I really want the job, especially if you are a semi shy guy but who's outgoing if need be.

If you listen he does corporate events. He probably didn't go to a dealer school. I do the same they let me deal 5 hands and put me on the floor. Don't expect it to be prim and proper he is just showing an exercise to get your numbers faster

Idk why people are commenting on the rifling. The point of the video is to show off a counting exercise to help blackjack dealers.

Isnt Ace 11 or 1?
Dealers will call "3 or 13" when giving players cards, but will call the soft number when dealing their own cards.

@@nesdi6653 It's usually memory. Australian Casino Blackjack tables hold a max of 6 hands. Most dealers just remember the totals
