I've worshipped at Lakewood when I visited, I have met and spoken to Joel, and I have heard 100+ of his sermons. I believe he is an imperfect person (like all of us) who does his best to spread hope, faith, and encouragement. We are blessed to have him alive today and speaking hope into our hearts. May God bless him, his family, and his ministry.
BTW, I have never seen as much socio-economic diversity in a large congregation as I have at Lakewood. That speaks volumes!

I am a believer of God ever since I was a child but through the years, I have continued to suffer different kinds of pain and for quite some time, I was doing my own thing. Though I know that God was always there, I kept on doing things that were not right. Until I get tired from it all, I felt the pain of being all alone and then I realized, God is just waiting for me. So, I started watching Joel Osteen on TV and I felt God's love thru his words and I became more and more eager to listen thru podcasts and on this channel. Joel and his family are God's angels sent to all of us to help us get through it. May you live a long life, you and your loved ones so that God's words will continue to touch the world's heart. God bless us all!
Change your perspective and trust God in the midst of it all. God will never leave or forsake us. It's hard when you are in the trials and tribulations, but Jehovah Jireh will bring an abundance of provisions in Jesus' name.

I could never quite get into the rhythm of trusting God in everything until I began listening to Joel. Through his sermons, I am growing into a whole new way of life. Looking back I now saee ways I was trying to control life which I had been completely unaware of. I’m 13 and struggling with anxiety and depression, I didn’t know how else to help with it except to talk to god. I don’t have a very strong relationship with him but I am listening to these messages everyday and I hope my connection with god will grow ❤️ thank you Joel

I need to hear these words today as I have been facing an illness that has no cure per the doctors. Between the pain, stress, searching for answers and up ending my life, I have to keep reminding myself of Gods promises, or I sink.
I thank God for the anointment that has been bestowed on Joel and his family, how he shares his gift with the world! Restoring my faith in Gods plan for me and my children. Despite the difficulties we face there is no denying the healing that comes from Joel’s sermons. As a single mom of children with disabilities I can easily become discouraged over my circumstances. I’ve lost my job, my home, my friends and family have turn their backs on us, I could go on and on! The enemy wants me to give up, to focus on all the negative but the good news is that I have a choice and this is not where my story ends. I’m thankful for what God is doing, I’m closer to him then ever before, He is making room for bigger and better things, he is going to use me in ways I can’t even imagine. I know he will bring the right people, turn things around! I’m so thankful for Joel’s uplifting messages that reminds me of Gods promises. I’m thankful for everything he is doing in my life, it might not look like he is with me but in time people will see his glory, his love, his amazing power! It’s not always easy to walk by faith and not by sight but I know in my heart he is with me and I will rise above and beyond the challenges I face. Thank you Joel for this powerful message and reminder that I desperately needed! You are a beacon of light that shines bright! Bringing light to the darkness that surrounds us! One day I hope to do the same, to serve God and his people the way you do! With love and respect I believe and declare I will never be the same in Jesus name! Amen
