If you would listen, you would know that they got a call on her. So probably they have to follow some rules and not ignore any call. They can not choose which calls they will admit and which calls they will ignore.
When you have your kids, you decide which calls you will ignore and which ones you admit?.. There is no logic in your thinking process.
It's interesting that you only judge the cops in these cases....but you never judge also the people who called the cops on her... It's really a double standard.
On Judge Judy was such an episode where the witnesses broke the window of the car because sleeping in the car is dangerous, then they sued each other for the broken window.

Right if you're taking a nap and are legally parked you won't get on trouble in any Western European country afaik. Now sleeping a whole night in a car is different. It is illegal in Portugal, Danemark or the Netherlands while legal in Sweden, Norway or Germany. In France, Italy and Switzerland you need a permit to spend a night in a car/camper although cops do usually not bother people, esp. if it's just for one night. I was once awoken when I was sleeping in the back seat of my car on a motorway service area. I had to show drivers licence&insurance and was told I could not take a nap there and after some back and forth left. But they would never arrest you just for that!

I am interested in the "logic" of a judge who would not admit as evidence the video in which Kyle admitted he wish he had an AR so he could start shooting into people prior to him committing homicide. The boy's feigned wimpering and stammering in court as he glanced toward the jury is enough for me to conclude the kid is a fraud and so is the judge.
America can only descend further into conflict on account of this kind of self-aggrandizing. I say the Constitution is flawed with too much emphasis put on an interpretation of the 2nd Amendment as an excuse for the weaponization of citizens against one another (as put forth by psychopaths among us). At times I wonder if the Founders were too narcissistic to realize the contradictions between their written rationalizations and the consequences of their own actions. How does ID tell the police if she is guilty of the crime they are supposed to be investigating? "...we got a call" always seems to be their justification for their fascist behavior.

It’s crazy how they can just arrest someone based off their personal feelings, make up lies and trump up charges and just get away with it 😤🤯

“ WE GOT A CALL” is code for “we can do anything we want no matter what you’re doing” How does identifying a person resolve what they’re doing? NOW SLEEPING IS A CRIME? Just like sleeping in a common area at YALE UNIVERSITY was a crime too.

their laziness has caused them to resort to picking the low hanging fruit of trying to see if anybody has a warrant and it seems like cops, today, are IDing people to gather their information.

Sleeping is a crime if your goal is to discriminate against the homeless and the like. That is something a lot of cities (even liberal ones) do.

@@KevinContreras2013 ...Like the homeless don't have it rough enough... Holy cow, people suck. Imagine how much of a rewardless spiral homelessness would be...
I recently was experiencing a mid-life crisis sort of thing and went a bit crazy from an unrewarding, "NORMAL," low-middle class existence... It really made me wonder about how difficult it would be to sustain a stable mind while homeless and while all of society basically hating you and finding you repugnant. You ever had to drive a recently wrecked or broken down car and been embarassed by impression it possibly created in interviews, etc? I imagine being homesless would be that, times a million.
