Drinking water from a Clay pot placed on 3 inches of sand is the best! The perfect cold temperature of the water which will make you drink more is the best!
Oh and the best twigs for teeth is said to be Neem tree. That is what is found in toothpastes that kills oral bacteria. But the original twigs are too bitter you can opt for toothpaste with neem.

My home used non stick utensils too but we were getting a lot of digestive and health issues. Then I ordered an Iron pan from Amazon which was just 200 rs. It has made a lot of difference in food taste and our energy levels as well!! And if we take care of it, it will last for decades unlike these teflon coated pans.

Indian tradition ( which I also experienced in childhood, and I am still following it. )
Wash back of children before they sleep. ( for good sleep)
During bath, Fill your child's mouth with water ( not to swallow it), then take bath. After bath, tell him/her to spit it. ( cough, gas, acidity get balanced inside your body)
When you wake up, fill water in mouth, wash your eyes with water, then look upwards, let water enter inside your throat, try to throw breathe out by mouth, then spit it. ( eyes burns when acidity increases, this habit will reduce your acidity and all bad odour of gas inside intestine will get out)

All indians doesn’t knw how to eat with fingers.

Except few Highly developed cities following Western stuff blindly..But Most of India still follow many of these practices in our daily lives including opening shoes Outside & wash out feets after coming from outside before entering the house everytime or wash our feet in bathroom first then enter any room, hall or kitchen!

One of the pros of cooking in earthworm pot is the food taste level is increased and cons is that it takes longer for the food to cook and gas bill might go up ☺️ but when we Indian didn’t have LPG gas we use to cook traditional way with stick and everything where it’s cooked outside not inside the house as she house will fill with smoke and it will be very uncomfortable. Better to hv a backyard for cooking the food
