Durham College of Applied Arts and Technology is located in the Durham Region of Ontario, Canada, with a campus co-located with Ontario Tech University in Oshawa, a second campus in Whitby, and community employment services in Uxbridge, Port Hope, Port Perry, Beaverton, Oshawa and Bowmanville. Founded in 1967, Durham College has more than 95,000 alumni. For the fourth year in a row it has been ranked among Canada's top 50 research colleges by Research Infosource Inc.
Durham College offers a wide range of full-time, online, certificate and diploma courses in fields like media, art, general arts, justice, health, skilled trade and engineering. Apart from Oshawa, there is a campus in Whitby, as well as a learning site in Pickering. The college also organizes cooking, sewing, and beauty and fashion camps.

Mam.I applied to this college and got a seat in diploma for september intake this year. But, i couldn't apply for visa till now due to a few reasons and it's been late.It'll take atleast 3 months to process the visa. I'm so behind that I'll miss minimum 1 month of my course if i apply right now and even if i get my visa in exact 3 months. So, I want to defer my admission for the next jan 24 intake. What is the process?
Hi, Students who wish to defer their offer of admission to the next available intake must:
1. Submit their request in writing to the International office.
2. Submit all necessary documentation by 4 p.m. (EST) on the withdrawal deadline date. No deferral and no transfer of first semester fees paid will be issued for requests received after the withdrawal deadline. No exceptions will be made.
3. Complete, sign and submit a Request for Deferral Form by the withdrawal deadline.
Please note that students will only be allowed one deferral. All other requests will be denied and students will be instructed to reapply for admission to Durham College.
