Another excellent product to match the necessary techniques of model making. Much better than priming with paint which can cover up detail plus improve adhesion.I'm in the process of studying your line for a preliminary order. Can you refer me to a video on you plastic primer. Thanks.

Be advised, it has a fair amount of surface tension so it can fill up stuff like railings on a ship where it bridges the gap between rails. Its hard to remove and see since its clear. I bought it specifically for this and stopped using it as it gave me more problems that before. On flat surfaces its fine

To combat this, simply use much less of the product, and pop excess film forming in the openings of fine parts on the go with a fine brush, it will be fine. I had the same problem while painting photo etched meshed engine screens with grey vallejo air paint - had to manually pop the paint so the screens were clear of it as I applie too much paint. It's a matter of technique used, not the product. :) Happy modelling, Chris

Hi guys, will the VMS Metal Prep work on white metal? E.g. Corvus Belli's Infinity or North Star's Silver Bayonet line (Or old Citadel "pewter" minis)?

Hi there, Yes most likely, metal is metal. Chris

@@Vmssupplies Word, thanks for such awesome products. I finally made it through my old 50 mL of your varnishes and just put in a new order with Burbank's House of Hobbies for the great big XXL ones (literally why I was watching these videos!). Such FLAWLESS finishes with your product. Are they polyurethane, or just acrylic resin?

Well I'll have to give it a go. I should had wanted to do better in science and learn chemistry 🤡 nah; I liked chasing girls 🤪 great stuff Chris. I tell everyone I know about your stuff. But I still would have loved everything you have 50 years ago. 🤣🤣🤣 God bless

Thanks Clayton, much appreciated. You know there is never to late to catch up, and chasing girls ain't that bad an idea either.😁 When I was a kid we had virtually no modelling supplies here in Poland, in 90s when the accursed CCCP finally buggered off and the borders opened we discovered Model Master and Humbrol, and boy what a change that was! Happy modelling, Chris

Any cleaner for acrylic paints such as VMS Cleaners Pro or equivalent will work.
