Could you share your gear loadout? Not sure how to build BD and keep 100% critical
what I ran is kinda suboptimal and is likely obsolete after the recent change to Stretched Time and StM. rn the normal dps chrono build generates more than enough quickness. (snowcrows.com/builds/mesmer/chronomancer/power-boon-chronomancer)
