Good morning, one footed phoenix hope you are well and it is such a sunny day I stay in if its too hot because I have sentative skin and being am amputee it is a pain but hope you have a good day out I the sun 😊☺️
Thanks for commenting! It is like deathly hot today here in the states! At least our AC is working better today because there’s not people downstairs going in & out all day.
To help with the heat, I've gotten into the habit of taking off my liner whenever I'm sitting down in the summer, so the leg gets a chance to cool off. Then I put the liner and leg back on when it's time to walk.
