This man is thinking right, very concise and realistic, sad thing is most of the youths there are only excited at his perculiarity and are not listening.
This man is beyond a futurist. My pain is that I got to know him just last year.
But I thank God for ordering my steps to know about him via TH-cam on a Sunday morning.

Most people condemning motivational speakers end up motivating. When you motivate, the crowd cheer you at the end of your speech. When you don't, they should be sobbing.
Olakunle Soriyan is mixing changing strategy with sticking to a plan that is not working. When motivational speakers say don't give up, they mean not giving up pursuing their dreams and not sticking to a strategy.
Nice motivation though.

Go and study the meaning of MOTIVATION.Being told don't give up is not the only form of motivation.
@ezekiel ntesat, I think you need to watch that video again. You didn't hear the list of things he said you should give up on? He spoke within a contest. As a matter of fact, he didn't even condemn motivation. He only prescribed a proper way to administer these things. If you still have argument against that, then you are on your own. This was good stuff.

Guess what... I hated motivational speakers since the day i realized that i have been foolish...and without any Disrespeck... How many ppl have actually changed the society after each/every motivational shit talk...? This man (Mr Olakunle Soriyan) used words that they wouldn't dare use and he made so much sense at the end of the entire speech... Mr Fela Durotoye had me thinking like i need to do more...but nobody helped... Toyosi Akerele made me feel like i was destined for greatness aka Dare2beDifferent (meanwhile i am fucking different from day one)... Now, the era has changed, they made money, the future leaders aren't somewhat bothered because just like the Nigerian Government, they managed to sell the lie (the way i see it). I have called Toyosi Akerele several times on phone... SEVERAL, no be twice! but she never returned my call - She was one of the movers n shakers of gathering the Youths (back then) on how they can become better but today... i feel like i have been intellectually defrauded... but no wahala, I appreciate the message #WeMove #TalkYourMind
