Puedes controlarlo también con el agua agregada, en principios debe ser menos para hacer cuerpo o lograr volumen, hasta llegar a los límites dónde quedará definido el relieve, entonces será aconsejable usar un poco más de agua y en ocasiones polvorear cemento puro Saludos desde 🇨🇺.
