I feel like kpop is getting ruined if people are complaining of “over performing”, when they’ve also complained about missing 3rd and 4th Gen vocals. Also Complained aespa wasn’t allowed to let their vocals outta the dungeon. Now they’ve got a rookie 5th Gen GG that are talented and some aces. And they’re trying to rain on them and their achievements and brilliance. Just because your faves don’t perform to their upmost standards doesn’t mean Baby Monster has to do the same. Let Baby Monster set, or rather, Reinstate the standards of a Kpop idol/group in peace. Too many have become comfortable with just visuals and forgot about TALENT. Like what? Lmao. Because I lose my mind to this day listening to “Obsession” by EXO, Why? THEIR VOCALS. The notes, the runs, the THEM. Also maybe it’s time to address some kpop idols solo or in a group may just be Recording artists only. Some can do Live performances and are great recording artists. Baby Monster is the latter. 😘
Bro, look I'm not a fan of babymon, like I genuinely have no interest in them, but I have to mention, their vocals, rap, dance, stage presence and overall performance quality is TOP'-NOTCH. They've been trained really well and it something that shows in their performance. Plus, Ahyeon hyping up the inkigayo crowd reminded me of performances of idols in Coachella and their concerts. It shows that Babymon have their goals set up, I love it ❤❤

"Overperforming" is the lamest and most stale kind of critisism of 2024 for a group who just gave us the bare minimum for a LIVE performance and it's already too much for these people. 😂
People only say that BM overperforms because their used to such mediocre performances. Also they can't find anything to hate on them for so they have to literally find anything. Everytime they sing or hype up the crowd there's an explosion of screams. If you want mediocre just go stan idols who can't sing to save their lives, rely on nothing but backtrack and who have the stage performance of a rock. I can guarantee that if 2NE1 debuted in this generation, yall would be calling them overperformers as well.
