Conor is better than people actually give credit for just because he doesn't look for submission doesn't mean that he isn't a fan of the discipline he is a striker and as you would expect he want defend himself and keep himself upright to fight

Conors grappling actually isn’t bad. Needs to work on his double leg tho. He’s burying his head into dillons stomach which would be ok if it was a blast double but it’s not. What he needs to do is pick a side, pop his head and leg over to that side and use his leg and head to drive the opposite way. It’s much easier to do that if your head isn’t on your opponents stomach

I’m kind of not surprised Conor’s grappling is not improving if his coach is taking it easy on him, Dillon is treating Conor like a white belt here, not trying to pull any offense just letting him work. Conor is apparently a brown belt so he should definitely give him tougher time. Put him in some dangerous positions and let him work his way out of it.

This confuses me a little. Why was he not training his MMA grappling? They're not even faking punches and they're not practicing MMA takedown entries.
Same reason they train other disciplines like Boxing on their own! There's a time and place for all training.
@@thehalokidster I'd argue that the week of an MMA match is neither the time nor place. The week of the fight is the end of the camp and his training should be all wrapped up. This seems like it would train habits that you don't want when you're going into an MMA match. I would also say the same if I saw someone training their boxing prior to an MMA match.

When u train with one of the best jujitsu people in the world you’re going to be very good at grappling. Too bad McGregor was drinking and getting drunk two days prior to the fight with Khabib. Otherwise it could have gone the other way or at least been more of a entertaining fight. If he handles his business with Dustin we will probably get that rematch

Well its clear to see you have never trained before, Dillon danis is a world class champion in bjj and has fought the best bjj fighters obviously he is not giving it his all, the whole point of training is to make the less experienced fighter more comfortable and give them a little bit of space for them to work while still providing a threat incase they slip up to make sure they learn for next time. Conor has also never thaught he is an elite grappler as he never goes for takedowns or grapples. Please learn the sport of mma before you talk on the internet
Неужели при наличии такого количества денег Конор не может найти себе нормального тренера по борьбе со школой самбой, вольной борьбы или дзюдо. Ну это же смешно! Что это за перекатывания и дурачества детей??? У него физически нет базы борьбы, уверенной стойки, контроля и выхода на прием. Руки болтаются, жёсткости минимум и из-за этого во время реального боя быстро истощается. Поэтому Хабиб и дергает их, как мешки, так как этими их поглаживаниям и перекатыванием на спине они ему не ровня в борьбе. Джиу-джитсу хорошо при наличии какой либо базы борьбы, но не с нуля. Разве что он сможет применить болевой или удушающий каким либо чудом, когда будет находиться снизу, а в остальном это ничего ему не даст.
Конор даже при наличии черного пояса по джиу-джитсу все равно проиграет по физическим параметрам традиционным стилям борьбы дзю-до или самбо.
Дзюдо и Самбо хорош на улице, ну а в октагоне лучше тренера вольника нанять. Так как там дерутся в шортах или трусах с голым торсом.
