His message is rational, founded on our primary sacred sources and makes a direct appeal for resistance against Israeli oppression. Many Muslims in the USA are cautious to fearful of openly expressing solidarity with the just cause of Palestinians because of the political thuggery of powerful Israeli lobbies in the USA. Imam Tom is an inspiring exception. May other American Muslim religious leaders follow suit.
