1. 1.5 cup chickpeas flour
2. 2 tbsp semolina
3. 1 cup chopped fresh fenugreek leaves
4. ½ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
5. 4-5 chopped green chilly
6. 1 tsp dry coriander seeds
7. ½ tsp carom seeds
8. 8-10 black pepper corns
9. 1 tbsp sugar
10. 1.5 tsp salt
11. ½ tsp asafoetida
12. ¾ cup water
13. 2 tsp hot oil
14. ¼ tsp baking soda
15. 1-2 tsp lemon juice
