You told that they attack every second in your heart. So, you got to fill your heart with something that prevents those thoughts from attacking. And that something is the word of God. Refer to Psalm 119:9,11 verses in the Bible. I personally had been battling this lustful thoughts for many years. I observe one thing clearly during this battle. As long as I fill my heart with the word of God and submit myself to God by kneeling down seeking the strength to overcome those temptations immediately after I get such thoughts, I have a victorious life.
