I found pictures of an old southern, abandoned vet clinic that was EXACTLY what i wanted. Perfect for your rundown, realistic neighborhood or save file! No spotless, pristine vets office here!

So happy you feel that way, truly! That’s a great question, the foundry cove area in willow creek might be my fave for neighborhood style builds. But Moonwood mill has my favorite vibe. 🫶🏻

Did you download the required shaders for the preset? They’re linked in the patreon post. And what version of reshade are you using?
@@wolfxdreamer6860 oh, i use gshade, is that why it dosent work?😊 do i need to downloade the extra shaders than?
@@Moshhii1 I’m not sure about gshade stuff unfortunately cause I’ve never used it! So idk if that could cause any differences. But if you can download those same shaders, it should look the same I’m guessing! I’d try and download the shaders, then delete and redownload the preset. Let me know if it helps 🙂

@@wolfxdreamer6860 She said it was from a friend and she unfortunately couldn’t share it publicly and I never found anything similar until now. Also, that Family Dynamics let’s play is probably my favorite. It totally changed the way I played the game when I first discovered sims TH-cam! 🤯
