0:20 for anybody who needs help getting/staying flexible: taking yoga/dance/ballet, working-out, stretching before AND after working-out, staying hydrated, getting more vitamin D, consuming more calcium, and consuming more collagen can all assist in making your body more limber
Stretching before working out is quite detrimental, if you mean lifting weights that is. Matter fact just keep any pre-workout stretching dynamic, regardless of sport. Obviously there might be exceptions

Quick tip. Getting the Charleston is similar to taking a step forward then back. One foot is always going forward while one going back. For me, my Charleston always has my right foot going foward and my left foot going back. You're always twisting your toes when doing it. When you twist your heels out, one of your feet is in the air moving to the next step and the twist in is when it's taking the step itself. To make it step by step: 1. Standing 2. Heels pointing out with right foot moving forward 3. Heels pointing in with right foot stepped forward 4. Hells pointing out with right foot stepping to meet the left 5.
