This my opinion, but I think this song tell a stories...
A stories about mumei... The avatar of civilization.
When she wake up to found out the civilization with no name has gone, nowhere to be seen.
And then she searching for it... The civilization with no name that already gone.
The part of her...
Even if she don't remember it she still searching believe it still exist somewhere in this world.
She keep searching until finally she move on from it.
Move on from the part of her with no name that already gone and probably will be forgotten in future.
And The flying bird and waving lamp is a symbol of her calling.
Calling a humans who still living in this world to gather.
To rebuild it again.
The civilization....
Cause here she still exists, watching humanity civilization as mumei.
