If you're wondering why the art style changed new studio plus they wanted to match the season 2 webtoon art style. The first season did look unique but i think they changed it because there's going to be a lot more fights in this season.
Surprisingly the studio did match a bit of s1 style but it is different with the eyes etc. also the characters have better shadows and lighting on them and the environment

I wonder how they'll do the visual direction of that scene, because the way it was framed and lit in the manwa was amazing.
If they even get to it this season. Hard to guess how they’re gonna space out the episodes. I’d try to get the season to end with the hand or Arlene. For maximum cliffhanger.

yeah its more like one piece in fact, but darker. Every floor is a new adventure, a lot of characters that grow and do things that impact the world when they are off screen, a crew. of course one piece is better overall.
