Easy and Quick Suji Ka Halwa - Rawa Halwa - Desi Ghee sooji Halwa by (HUMA IN THE KITCHEN)

1 cup (200 g) suji, rawa or semolina
1/2 cup (100 g) desi ghee
1 1/2 cup (300 g) sugar
4 green cardamoms, split
2 tbsp. almonds
2 tbsp. pistachios
2 tbsp. raisins
2-3 pinches saffron
4 cups ( 1 liter) water
