Love this idea of sharing w folks who don’t realize they CAN sketch and paint close by. I have recently found a huge, gorgeous waterfall in the mountains near our home that my mom can walk to w her Walker. There are benches at the base of it where she and I could paint and I am so excited that it’s only 450 feet from the parking lot. But we often paint from the car when she cannot get out and walk or when the weather is frightful. I’m so glad you encourage your folks that they can do this!
Your art is beautiful! I get so overwhelmed when out like that, especially with nature scenes. I do much better with buildings and such. But watching you and listening to you is encouraging. Thank you!
This is delightful, and a perfect demonstration of what can be achieved with very few materials. Do you do drawing activities with your residents I wonder? I've done that in the past and I found it so very rewarding 🙂
This would have been a more useful video if it had been shot from the left side to ensure that the right hand holding the graphite stick does not block what you are doing.
