The success of a marriage doesn’t depend on how long or short the courtship lasts. I met my husband and in less than 6 months we had done court, traditional and white wedding so there was no courtship, but I can say that there’s need for dating and courtship.
With regards to Sharon and her husband, 3 or more marriages in 5 years is a red flag. She seems carried away though and I doubt that she did any background checks. If it works out for her, good and if not, she can always walk and I pray she is not scared and broken by then. She seems like a sweet girl.

I met and married my husband in 6 months and we have been married for 23 years. My husband was based in Canada and I was based in Nigeria. All I did was pray and did not carry out background check. The red flags you raised are real, however, only God can see the future. The groom's demeanour is not unusual. Everyone expresses their feelings differently. I pray for the best for them. I'm a millennial and generation's before mine use to date/court for short periods before getting married. It was the norm. This wasn't just in the African society but in the western world too. The issue I have is 4 marriages in 5 year's is a major red flag 🚩.
