I agree that he shouldn't be encouraging drug use on his songs because too many impressionable kids will start toying with dangerous substances, but in that same respect, parents have a responsibility to oversee what their kids are exposed to. He isn't making these tracks about drugs to encourage people to abuse drugs, but primarily, recounting and cataloguing his own experiences with them.
