I waked about 6000 blocks to the nearby jungle to get bamboo and coco beans thank god there was a single bamboo my walk was not wasted i even found a mushroom fields on my way
I use scaffolding for when I'm digging out huge areas or if I'm building something really big and don't want to spend more time reading down "scaffolding" blocks. If it's a quick thing I'll use dirt or whatever is convient. If I'm going to be goin up and down I use actual scaffolding.

Sounds like some good luck to me. Those are some fairly slim odds for the jungle.

Thats how I roll. And without an elytra, a pool of water down below is a quick way down.
