Well, I've played the SNES and Mega Drive versions before. They were pretty fun I thought. I've not played the GameGear, but if it's as bad as it sounds, guessing I'm not missing much. I double checked, have ROMs for all of those. As for the PC games, I got them from a website known as Collection Chamber where they take old PC games and make them playable on modern day PC. I've not explored those much beyond making sure they ran OK, but does look interesting. As for the show itself, it was long before my time, but I am familiar with it thanks to episodes dad had on tape, as later on finding that, I believe it's known as The King Turd Collection. So yeah, pretty familiar even though wasn't around during it's peak years. And enjoyed this video. Thank you.
I was honestly ''too young'' to be watching it lol, but there was no stopping me. My vocabulary grew by leaps and bounds though, and I was exposed to music I probably never would've heard otherwise.
Would watch the show every afternoon at my best friend's house after school (we weren't allowed to watch it at my house). Then we'd change the channel to Nickelodeon to watch Clarissa Explains It All (I still have a crush on Melissa Joan Hart), then back to MTV to watch Singled Out (cuz Jenny McCarthy before she lost her freakin' mind) and Aeon Flux. Then we'd play NES and Genesis games all night, unless it was Friday. Fridays were for X-Files. We watched way too much TV back then. It's a miracle we turned out okay (no criminal records or missing fingers)...
Same, watched way too much TV as a kid, including tons of stuff that was meant for a much older audience, but yeah I'm more or less a sane and moral person so it's all good
Beavis and Butthead in the morning with Mad Panic Gaming taking it back to the 1990s blessed to see all from 1980-Now what a life throughout the decades
oh I can guarantee I probably rented both of the console versions of the games this show inspired. they were... interesting to say the least. I have heard of the Japanese version of virtual stupidity seen a few clips of the dub right here on youtube.
Apparently Beavis and Butt-head appeared in some commercials in Japan as well, and I occasionally see them on a t-shirt. Actually, in one of my videos I talk to some high school kids and one of them is wearing one
Really makes me wish we would of gotten a King of the Hill adventure game akin to Virtual Stupidity instead of a weird compilation of preexisting flash games in one. Also you did forgot one more Beavis and Butthead game being the Game Boy game. Although I don't think that would be really worth your time given that it's not really good from what I've seen and heard.
I remember playing most of these back in the day, and quite liked the PC point and click adventure games. I did not know about the Japanese version though. I would love the two point-and-click adventure games to be released for modern PCs. I believe there was another game you might have missed called Bunghole in One. It was a miniature golf game for the PC. I think I remember seeing it in my campus bookstore.
Jim, I just want to say thank you for uploading a new video of beavis and butthead video games! You know it was the most popular show on mtv and Comedy Central. I watch beavis and butthead on Comedy Central, and I only watch it a few times, but not a lot of times as I watched. I watched the episode of beavis, and butthead went in the escape room when they tried to find on their way out of the building they were struggling. I mean, beavis and butthead is the most Comedy show on comedy central.
Beavis an Butthead game for sega was one of my favorite, good stuff
For what could be done on the console, it's actually a pretty ambitious attempt to recreate scenarios from the show
Game Gear: The “Winger” of Beavis and Butthead games.
Well put
😅😅, WINGER SUCKS 😅😅😅, Huhu Huh huh !!,🤘🤘
You keep on uploading the best video game content ever from Japan Jim & keep up the great work mate! 👍😎
Thanks, will do!
I've got the first one the SNES!
And yea, you really play it because it is Beavis & Butthead. Nothing else really haha!
As a kid I convinced myself it was an amazing game
@@MadPanicGaming I STILL think it is
19:30 its Deluxe Paint on Amiga. Tonnes of graphica were made with it.
Now this was an unexpected covering! Great 👍
Those games are not easy, but if you love Beavis and Butt-head, then you can't avoid them.
Absolutely. Thanks for watching!
So dope! I remember you mentioned this at the beginning of the year and it's been one of my most anticipated vids in all of youtubedom!
I hope it didn't disappoint 😅
The recent SNL sketch with Ryan Gosling was so funny 😄😄😄
Ah yes, that was surprisingly funny
Oh man Japanese Beavis and Butthead is hilarious 😂, never knew Virtual Stupidity existed, thanks for the video!
My pleasure, thanks for watching!
also was arcade prototype game
Oh yeah, shame that was canceled, apparently the only cabinet that isn't in someone's personal collection is at Galloping Ghosts

@@MadPanicGaming I was born the same year the series ended, so could say that I was truly too young then. 😉
FYI, someone made an English patch of Virtual Stupidity for the PSX using the PC version's audio. It's great!
I did see that, haven't tried it out yet though. I have PCSX on my PC, should find the ISO
@@MadPanicGaming It's really great. You can get it where game discs fall in love... like some kind of 'CD romance'? 🥰

Didn't forget it, just wanted to keep the video down to five games, otherwise I would've included the GB game and the canceled arcade game
