Hi Carlus, best way is with an accessory plate holder like our PlateMate for example. If you have a mini number plate already you can attached to the Platemate and Velcro on easily to the bikes or the rack. If you don't have a mini plate already you can order one through your local roads authority. www.yakima.com.au/platemate-accessory-number-plate-holder
