Term Definitions:
Frontal Guard - shielded from cc and damage from frontal attacks only
Super Armor - shielded from cc from all directions, but you can still take damage
Skill Floor - how difficult the class is to pick up and play for a new player
Skill Ceiling - the amount of depth a class has at the highest level of play. Classes with a higher skill ceiling will have a wide variation between players who have mastered the class and newcomers.
APM - actions per minute. The amount of buttons required to proficiently play the class at a proficient level.
Catch Potential - the ability to hit opponents with crowd control abilities

Nice work Blue!! I feel like there needs to be some encouragement for more tamer creators. Everytime I try it there are cancels and tricks with the dog that are used in certain ways the guide doesn't fully go into, like it can be said plainly but to effectively use tamer options need some experience or examples. For example, an awakening can be in disadvantage, cancel into preawaken, void cancel, use one of its many hotkeys and turn it back into neutral or advantage. For pve its not like tamer has a GameruRC creator doing dehkia or anything lol.
Hook-lang replaces Heilang, leafweave replaces leaves dropping, skybound stab replaces Garuda. Massive failure at find and replace from PA's new intern/consultant. Class about to get renamed to dogwalker next patch sheeeeeesh...
Glad you're rebooting these 5-star class comparisons though, before and as I started playing BDO I put hours and hours into videos like this to pick a class. For anyone worried about the "she 16 fbi open up" lore you can just drag her sliders into adulthood and the animations still look juiced. Child prodigy class lol

I'm a new player to BDO and even though people say Tamer is a hard class, squishy, and useless in Large PVP, I still went for her xD
I absolutely love Heilang, this mofo so tanky! Love riding him and killing mobs that has higher AP/ DP than me, World Bosses, and Rift Monsters, also love his HP recovery skill, I ride him everytime I needed HP ASAP xD
Also her skill effect is what catches my attention, love her blue/black ink and scratch effects! I main succ now, not a big fan of awake cause she's a bit too complicated to play and her I skill effects change in awake, I like succ theme more hahaha
Heilang For Life!
45 seconds in i hear hooklang and go straight to the comments, it will always be "HEY-LANG" or "HI-LANG" for me. XD
Believe it or not I recorded that like like 3 times and ultimately landed on the new one because I figured the video would age better haha
Returning back I play bdo before when open beta just 4 month I'm give up when Tamer it's just bad class when using heilang really really annoying
they already rework heilang right now so it's so much fun
Right now heilang can auto move and auto sprint and didn't consume stamina at all .
When riding heilang now have more skill set and good rotation skill set and easy to remember / learn
When riding heilang almost never got downned / stunned when grinding like old times sometimes monster have ministun or when fighting dark rift / summon boss scroll
And have damage reduction to .
if you don't know how to combo just ride heilang all the way and almost braindead class (only need remember 5 skills and fast CD)
Riding heilang will really shine when go to desert area cuz heilang sprint not disable when in desert.
And when some one come try pk I can just run or ignore them 😂

First time playing picked tamer and after succession and upgraded everything to prime she really took off, she has aoe and good life skill attacks and don’t forget the solo boss killer best dog. This class is so disrespected but most summoner play styles are.

Hey the content is quality but the bit rate makes it almost unwatchable. Just figured I'd leave my honest feedback, cheers and good luck.
I’ll bear that in mind in the future. Not sure which part of the video you mean. The succession gameplay looks really solid but the awakening footage is OLD so there wasn’t much to be done about that. Next time I make the videos I’ll probably have to make my own awakening footage on each class.

can you explain mean of skill floor and skill ceiling ?
Absolutely, but also as a reference it is in the video description and the intro video to the series explains the terms as well so if you have questions about other terms that is where you can find them! Skill floor is how difficult the class is to pick up and play as a new player (learning curve) and skill ceiling represents the top level the class can be played at, or how much depth the class has after thousands of hours.

Okay first things first it's Heilang. We don't say that new crap with the goofy stutter. Secondly as far as I know in the retconned lore she's 18 same as several other classes, not that I think her age should be a defining attribute to mention in the first place. Thirdly... Awakening PVE buffs when. In all seriousness though aside from that tamer is in a really good state right now but is definitely still the most complex class in the game so it wouldn't be my recommendation to a new player unless you absolutely love the look of Heilang or her skill effects. If you do be prepared to put the effort in.
Haha ya I have to use Heilang's new name xD. I even thought about discussing it but decided against it. I specifically didnt include meta talk in the video so as to not mislead players. That stuff can change patch to patch and would outdate the video quickly.
This would be a nice video if there was no stock BDO footage. And the random dark rift boss footage is not telling anything to us, either. Those guides NEED showcase of people farming AT LEAST easy/mid spots. We're BDO players, we dont like to read or listen, right?
I don't think showcase of people grinding spot is needed as it's other youtube channel provide good quality vid already. This vid is to preview what this class is and if he take the video of ppl grinding in spot that's called stolen content 😅 and if he does it alone he have to learn the class and play it him self which make it complicated and not effective because he's not a main Tamer mean let the ppl main Tamer do their job is better. Just type the name of the spot with the class name and choose 1 to watch
