@Al A is an Official Rule. When playing doubles you serve in the serving area and your partner need to be in the safe box in either side of the serving area. People make their own rules when playing in their local parks that why you seen that. But it's NOT and official rule.
@@javi68flow That's cool to know bro. I play up here in San Jose. We got some huge courts. About 20' high walls all the way around. No slants on the sidewalls. When you guys play 3 wall does it have to hit main wall 1st at all times? Or only on serve?
@@ala7485 I know a lot of players from san Jose. The courts your talking about are probably the Campbell courts. Well those are 20 feet high and 20 feet wide by 40 long. Most of the Nationals Championships are played on this size courts.
@@ala7485 when serving you need to hit the front wall if you want to hit either side wall right or left you can BUT the ball needs to pass the short line witch is 20 feet long. Or you can just serve a straight serve witch is just hitting the front wall and have to pass the short line. BUT do remember on the serve if you hit the front wall, the side wall and then it hits a 3rd wall that is call a long.

Moises Ramos those courts are NO longer there. They were knocked down by the School District a year or two ago!
