Just out of curiosity how did you record this? Everytime i record mine it looks choppy lol

First they never set max brightness, when recording trails its preferable to have lower brigtness so the video is not over saturated.
Also the apperture of you camera should be set higher if you record in higher framerate.
Example if you record at 60 fps, set your apperture to like 160 otherwise if its too low the camera will not capture all the light on all frame and that might end up choppy.
