When people are honest people know who the good doctors are. It makes for more healthy body images for everyone, because people know the true of what is natural or surgery since people can be honest.

I used to believe wala na pag-asa na mawala yung taba ko, I eliminated rice and worked out everyday for 3 months, but very minimal change. When I tried doing Keto, the fat really shedded off and I do IF to keep the weight off. Kasi mostly ng mga nagpapalipo, bumabalik din yung taba after some time because of no discipline sa diet.
