Montana has so much open crop land planted to wheat and peas. My son farms most of my land here in NW Texas. Amazing how much simpler farming is in Montana is. He has to make $2 million sales in 6 crops to make a living!

That sprayer tech is so cool. Zach Johnson got the new John Deere planter that has sure shot(I think) that puts fertilizer down 2 inches before the seed & 2 inches after. With the cost of chemicals & fertilizer, saving where you can will definitely help.
It is amazing technology . I just worry about when it has issues how much all the sensors and whatnot are going to cost not to mention labor
@@JL-yl8gd these guys can fix just about anything. Replacing sensors isn’t a great big expense. I’ve been watching farmers for years, they have to replace them in all the equipment they use. If the boom or something mechanical broke down, that’d be expensive. But Ag pricing is like the military pricing, everything costs a heck of a lot more then it should.

Leg arms, because I bump my head so much I have gotten into the habit of removing the button from the top of the hat. So many times have they gouged into my scalp and caused a bleeding injury I just remove them. It makes life just a little more enjoyable.
