So I’m currently picking this combo apart and I’m having trouble with hopping the string out of the double or nothing slack. The area I’m having issue with is around the 53 second mark.
This is another difficult move. If the distance between the point where the string crosses in the center and the yoyo is too short, it is often not done well. Keep the distance between the point of crossing and the yoyo. Alternatively, there is a simple pattern where you drop the yoyo forward once and then re-mount it, instead of directly re-mounting the string in a semi-circular orbit. You may want to try that one first.

It is recommended to check the procedure carefully and practice it.
Also, be aware of making space for the yo-yo to bounce up.
