I'm trying to write this without sounding like some desperate, lustful fan girl... but Harry Styles really does seem to be an amazing human being. From his talent, his entertaining personality, his humility, his sincere gratitude, his desire for people to interpret his lyrics in a way that makes it all for them, to his way of encouraging people to be who they want to be... He is a rare gem in this world for sure.

I think both harry and the fans have equal responsibility for the atmosphere created in the concerts, but harry is right when he says he's a mirror. i'd just say both harry and the fans are a mirror to each other. we are this free and accepting because harry allows us to feel free and accepting, and harry is free because we allow him to feel free. its a give and take.

Harry is everything calm and liberating about this world. I find that Harry is so wise beyond his years he hasn't attached his self esteem to all the praise or negative he gets as defining of himself 4:13 , that is why he is able to be so in tune with himself. So many artist and people in general fall trap to social opinion.

Howard Stern, being an unapologetic "shock jock" is notorious for his zingers. In my opinion, Harry apprears to be paying attention and thoughtfully answering while at the same time bracing himself for the "shock" questions which will come. You can tell when he becomes unimpressed with how the discussion is being directed. From what of this interview I've heard thus far, he handled each zinger well and even made his position on inappropriate or "too personal" questions pretty clear. I find him attentive and thoughtful as a conversationalist in this interview.

I think the audience really mirrors Harrys way of being kind, humble, open and loving. It's a crazy kind of bonding with the person who is on stage and the people in the audience. Harries often call themselves a family- it's really special. And I would love to see a reaction video from you to his Thank you speeches at Reggio Emilia (and the Goodbye Song) - AND of course the little clip and the text to his fans after the LOT ended.

  • @merle-wq9ir
    @merle-wq9ir ปีที่แล้ว +5

Agree fully. That's exactly what captivated me, his genuine humility, his ability to focus and genuinely listen. His always calm but thoughtful and caring. He is 110% his own man, happy in his skin. His almost an unbelievable find on stage in these times. I say again too, job well done mom. This didn't just appear, it was well nurtured. And yes he is a nurturer too.

I believe that his friendship with Louis had a deep impact on young Harry. It was great to see that both felt so safe and comfortable with each other that they just enjoyed their emotional and physical connection. Imagine 16/17 year old Harry being surrounded by toxic masculinity. Maybe he would be a different man today.
That is what I loved about One Direction: they were all so open-hearted and caring. And not willing to play any predetermined roles, as was common in other boy bands.
So yes, I believe in Larry, but not in the romantic, sexual sense, but as a warm, deep friendship that also felt like home.

I saw a great personality type analysis of HS a few days ago (I don’t remember the actual type) and this person said his personality type is naturally cool, present, observant and very in tune with what feels right for him in the moment. He also doesn’t socially adjust at all. So if someone is very high energy, he won’t adjust to mirror them, but rather be true to what he feels like doing. On a human level, I’m a huge fan of HS. He seems like he’s everything good in this world 😂👑

Music as a defining art form, indeed as something which divines the way for others in their respective fields of communication to follow, requires Truth.
I am a 64 year old composer/ musician, classically trained.
I am also a founding member of The Wiggles. And as such, I believe that creativity has a child's heart.
Where once I might have lamented the lot of pop/rock music for merely satisfying the commercial imperatives of record companies, Harry Styles has shined such a radiant light of Love upon his genre that my faith in it as an art form comparable to any other has been restored tenfold.
He could not do this so effective if he were not genuine; if he were not as I perceive him to be, the personification of Kindness itself. I know this because Music does not allow you to survive its state if you are living a lie.
Harry Styles is nothing of not true!
I suppose it is because of my training that I tend to listen to Music from the inside out. I listen to the inner voice and measured workings of a song. Even when the mood is easy, there is a sincerity in Harry Styles' style of writing and delivery that defies superficiality; a depth entirely reflective of his Truth as a master-musician and even more a gentle man whose heart is golden through and through. Indeed, if Music can transform our minds for the better in the transference of it, Harry Styles is truly a blessing to this world.
In my world of music-making, what sets the Artist apart to leave the stamp of their patina upon the scene like a well-inscribed insignia is his or her ability to free the idea from itself; to recognise simplicity as the ultimate goal. And, where Melody as the liquid state of Words is the stuff of madrigals, Harry Styles has crossed the threshold to transcend even his own genre and speak to mine.
Where he is nothing if not true he is also a the kindliest of troubadours. I am in complete awe of him. So much, so that whatever my opinion might be worth - I am reasonably well established in my field - I find myself wanting to proclaim his worth to the world every day!
If Music is a manifestation of the human spirit, then Harry Styles is one of the most humane spirits working in Music today, and young people are especially blessed to have him as a role model.

@ Phillip Wilcher- I appreciate your comments more than you know ... I am just a bit younger than you and I became a fan of Harry’s about 3 years ago! To me it was his personality and how he wants everyone to shine! I think he’s going to be a legend and he’s not even thinking about that himself, he’s so genuine and kind and unfortunately that’s rare for an artist with his popularity! I became a fan of the person he is and then I started listening to his music and they matched ... I wish we had more people and especially more celebrities like him! He really is a rare talent and I don’t think you have to be young in years to feel this, but maybe we are still young enough in our hearts and minds to understand where he’s coming from! I’m always happy to see my generation appreciating Harry for everything he is now and will be in the future! Have a great summer, Phillip!😽💕

Harry is a smart man. Politically correct, knowing how to keep his fans.
He believes no one should have the right over another person's body with no thought about the Fetus's harms and legs being ripped off and their heads being crushed. Their little body's matter, too.
As an awoman and a mother of 3 who stand for humans right. I would like to see Harry give more consideration to the Innocent baby's who are being killed. All life matters.
