Bottoms is a 2023 American satirical[5][6][7] teen[8] sex comedy[9][10] film directed by Emma Seligman, from a screenplay she wrote with Rachel Sennott. This movie caught me by surprise, not because I didn't expect it to be good but my first watch outside of hearing it was good I kind of went in blind and ended up thoroughly enjoying myself lol

Bottoms for sure is fighting for my #1 for 2023. Barbie has competition. I love it takes the spirit of Not Another Teen Movie and so much is happening in the background that makes me laugh.

I definitely prefer booksmart but that's because I'm a sucker for coming of age films and booksmart is a much better movie (emotionally) than both Superbad and this but that's just my preference. This is definitely better in the comedy department

I love that the movie is set in 2023? Since the last game was in 03 and it was 20 years ago, but the characters use discmans and Motorola flip phones and phone books. And Hazel doesn't get sarcasm, she believed they ate shit and went to juvi. And when PJ sarcastically agreed to the bomb plan she believed it too.

I was kind of put off by the trailer but I loved Ayo Edebiri from The Bear so I gave it a shot and holy hell was this one the funniest movie I’ve ever seen. It’s kind of crazy how good this was. Kudos to everyone on this because I’ve recommended this to 4 different people and everyone loved it.
This gets a lot of comparisons to American Pie and Fight Club... But I think it's more like Heathers... only it's actually funny.
