I agree 100% with Blake about the books! My biggest fear is that GRRM will die before he finishes the last book. The man is 75 yrs old, and, looking at him, he doesn't exactly appear to be the picture of health.
All of Westeros bt this time has some relations 😂😂😂 The Targs can take comfort knowing they arent the only ones practicing incest 😂😂😂 With the marriages between great houses and sometime lower houses (been risen), you can trace Targaryens, Tulleys and many others throughout the Kingdoms and it is not even hyperbolic.
44:42 Aegon I Targaryen married both sisters, he married Visenya out of duty and married Rhaenys out of love. It is said that he spent one night with Visenya and ten nights with Rhaenys.
Corey was pretty into this. It was nice to hear more from him. Alright, Igli, retain some of this and the context will help you better understand the characters and ancient conflicts that shape this universe.
Blake, when I was younger I was reading a book series, The Earth's Children. At its start, the author expected to release 7 books. There was a 22-year gap between 4 and 5. Then the author decided to end it after 6. So yeah....
Ha thanks! It wasn’t that bad, was just really tired and battling allergies that day! I do love listening to Igli as he figures stuff out though! - Blake
@@RaggedyPack makes sense. And agreed. I like how he talks through his thought process. What was that video you were talking about? The one you mentioned about Robert's rebellion
I heard a comparison of the Andal invasion to the crusades. ALmost, except nobody invaded the Andals first and conquered their lands and slaughtered their people. The Crusades were retaliatory, though I realize that's not how they teach it.
I've been saying this same thing for a while now that they could do an animated series in the Game of Thrones world after seeing the Histories & Lore series. There is so much you can do creatively with animation as a medium and after me watching anime that has story arcs or seeing shows like Marvel's "What if" there are so many possibilities for storytelling. If they wanted to do story arcs like 3 or 4 part episodes to tell Roberts Rebellion or do a full season whatever fits best for the story arch but then do things like the Age of Heroes or the Long Night (actually I think this could be really cool in animation) and countless other stories. But I will say I like the artwork styles they used in this series and think something closer to that style would work really well
These are not on Patreon. We didn't know at the time of recording this video that we'd be able to just upload the full length reaction to TH-cam with footage
Martin is a chef? Yeah, I think he's had a lot of time; probably has had to start cooking over again? He might have ruined the first prep? Probably burned it.
One king kneels, right decision. Other king kneels, coward. That's the problem with most reactions to GoT. No objectivity, and trying to advance a narrative.
The voice acting from Viserys, Robert and Tywin in this is just great. Interactive readings always makes for a more active mind and thought process

I think Igli liked the lore! He took a ton of notes!
We hope you guys enjoy the full uncut reaction! 💙

It's called "Game of Thrones: Robert's Rebellion & Battle of the Trident 283 AC"
@@RaggedyPack thank you
Corey, I'm glad you got some info plugged in from watching this
So glad you all are reacting to these
It really puts what happens In perspective

That's an interesting take I never thought of. I always thought it similar to the viking invasion of Britannia.
I had a strong feeling Igli was gonna really enjoy this!

Uncut is amazing
Tywin was like those who killed the Russian Tsar's family. I do wonder what happened to Anastasia, though. 🤔
The symbol on the left of the channel banner are alters of house Baratheon
Thank you!
Kinda excited that you decided to watch
Also interested to see if there's anything new for Blake
Appreciate the sleeplessness that is GoT
Be careful with future history and lore if you continue watching them, there are some spoilers sometimes for HotD
I never understood this , if no one tell the reactor what its about there is no way they will remember the name or what even jeoffrey is saying.
are these on patreon? maybe i dont have access

You probably think the Sack of Kings landing was justified, no one cares what you think.

Great reaction! It is really interesting to see your joint detailed reaction to the film Robocop 1987. This is a very cool classic 👍🔥🦾
