generic question: Which softwares do you use?
and is after effects necessary for landing editor job?
I use Davinci Resolve 18. After Effects ain't necessary you can do all the crazy stuff with the free version of davinci resolve 18 in the fusion tab (there are tons of other good softwares aswell). thank You.

Minimum 5 and maximum 15 (there's no upper limit to the amount of videos you should have in your portfolio though, the more the better) But make it professional by only putting in the high-quality videos and organizing it well.
