Hmm she's just mid if u just look at dmg but her utility is really good and she's fun and forgiving to play. If you have hands you can still outdamage most broken classes. You can go with shock if you wanna do S Tier dmg but i dont like to be slow like that xD. raided.pro/loa-logs you can take a look there to get a idea about the dmg of some classes
You can build with EP+1 to have higher floor or if u dont plan to get elixir set but ceiling would be higher with adre 1 and crit syn because that way you could play CD as well
the chestpiece is called "Night Star Chestpiece" and her pants are called "Tedonvard Beachwear Pants" I dont like the pants the chestpiece came with because its ugly as shit xd
