For a camera, we wanted something with a long optical (not digital) zoom. Since we knew we'd be taking a lot of nature photographs. We have a Lumix DC-ZS70K. It has a 30x optical zoom. We also shot video with it. We would also recommend some sort of underwater camera. Even if you get a inexpensive single use underwater camera. There's so much to see underwater. We had a GoPro Black 7 that we used. I hope that helps!
Neither of us got sick. Just to be safe, Keith wore a patch behind his ear. Not sure if he needed it. The water doesn't get really rough since you're within islands a lot.
Wonderful video. Can you share what kind of video and camera equipment you brought with you and any advie.

I think a cruise is so much better than a land tour.
We agree Claire. You don't waste time traveling to islands instead, you sleep while they travel. Great benefit.
What a great the underwater stuff.
Thank you. The snorkeling was amazing.
We always wanted to go on a day!
It's a great trip Mirko. You'll love a Galapagos cruise.
That was a beautiful boat.
Thanks Yvonne. The Alya was a great ship. So comfortable.
How were you with sea sickness?
