The Developers: We try to make this game as accurate as possible when it comes to physics. Smii7y: I'm gonna lightly wave my sword in these guys' faces like another other VR game with swords, and then reach over the wrong shoulder to get my arrows, every time. You really gotta put some force into both attacking and retrieving your weapons. And it's much easier to reach over the shoulder that your arm is on for arrows, Smii7y. Sorry to say. Also, kinda makes sense that spears are the meta, since it's the same with real combat. Much more reach, just as deadly, easily throwable, and easily replaceable.
In archery you hold the string in your dominant hand , it may make it easier for next time
