I was wondering about the imaging software you are using for the 3d reconstruction?
I have Horus and 3dslicer, but not even novice with 3dslicer... I have a leak that is proving "refractory to diagnosis", and I think it's C1/Foramen Magnum, area, because I have had previous vertebral basilar insufficiency symptoms, "triggered" by neck extension, and I had a sudden onset of orthostatic symptoms a couple of days after a neck hypertension during a neurological examination.
On CT, it *appears* that there may be an adhesion of the RVA to the skull as it passes through the Foramen Magnum, and the LVA is PICA terminated... About 3 years now, 80% of my day in bed due to the brain fog and dizziness that begin at 15-30 minutes of vertical time..
