My grandmothers favorite gift she ever got was a rock that me, my brother, and my sister put our names on and gave to her for Christmas. She had that rock in her china hutch till the day she died. That was about 40 years she carried it around.

I love seeing other people's completion progress i also do collect 1 of each edition of each cards and also keep a playset of every card not every editons the struggle is real but how is it satisfying when you are done for each cards 🙂

So I have 3 holo cards but the foil in on the outside of the picture but it doesn't have the reverse pattern. It's the paradox cards but idk if they count as rares or uncommons
Its funny to see the double walking wake from the etb, i ended up getting double incinaroar ex from mine and though the pokemon company didn't disperse the cards well. But as you said theres no garentee of getting anything good bad or double otherwise
New to the hobby, does a master set need to have all types of cards, including all non holo base cards? I've been removing non holo base cards in my binder as I find a reverse holo or holo.
I feel the same way about inanimate objects. I still have a number of things from my childhood. When you mentioned your pair of scissors, I thought of a children's dictionary that my mom gave to me and my sister that she wrote a note inside the front cover. I can't get rid of it because of that. 😊
