first thing you should do is secure the buildings. new better doors and locks ,bars for the rear windows, alarms,cameras. hate for you to lose any of your stuff when you are just getting started. good luck

The place is really shaping up. After the gravel is added, it would look awesome if you painted the outside of the rear of the building two-tone gray separated by an orange and yellow stripe. I love you channel !

I cant speak for everyone, but I think theres enough overlap of peoplel who like racecar stuff and people who like remodeling/building restoration that you should be safe posting more of this lol

Absolutely if there is stuff in your way it is harder to get started on anything. I've been struggling with that in my new garage. There's so much room that I don't know what to do with it and it just gets super messy.

Looking great so far. I am guessing you could not reach the vine that you left on the back of the building. You have not said anything about a business license. Some towns / cities require one. Not sure what the zoning is hopefully they are just glad to see someone doing something productive and you don't run into the anti racecar crowd.
if you paint your floors do them in white ,i had white and changed it to lite gray and hated it, sucked the lite out of the room. maybe later a big door to get your trailer inside. i will be watching to see how it goes.
I've been in construction for 30 years if I where in Arkansas I would volunteer all my time and that shop would look bad ass if I where you I would knock down the back wall and frame it in with wood it's not a bearing wall meaning there's no major trusses that sit on it there's to many holes to expand the opening higher or wider without IETHER replacing the block or cutting that section out and framing it in with wood if you have questions hit me up I could at least point you in the right direction
