Some background on this project:
This midi was created using the bones of the remix I made (in FL Studio) of this song. If you want to hear the remix, check the pinned comment. Both my remix and this midi are designed so that if you were to place them perfectly lined up with each other and the original theme by Ari Pulkkinen, they would match nearly identically.
I am, as far as I can tell, the first individual to both remix this song and publish a remix of it. They keyword there is "individual." I think, worldwide, I am the second (non-individual) to publish a remix/cover. The Movie Soundtrack Orchestra made a cover of this song back in 2014, but they're a full orchestra. Regardless, I am the first - ever - to publish a midi for this song.
The sheet music for this version of the Angry Birds theme is basically nonexistent, and for that matter so is a midi. Even the covers/remixes of this song are nonexistent. Like I said earlier, including my cover, there (as of now) are only two. TWO COVERS! It has taken 11 years for a midi of this song to be made.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing what comes from this. I expect for there to be more midis (likely based on my own) of this song to appear in the future - midis that are likely better than mine. I also expect more covers to come in the future, again, covers better than my own, but based on my midi. I am looking forward to hearing these. It is always fun hearing different versions of a song that you love, which is why I enjoy the Angry Birds theme so much - it's a song that keeps evolving through all the new versions of the Angry Birds games, but it (almost) never loses it's core melody, a melody that I - and I assume anyone listening to this video or reading this description - love deeply.
And Ari, if you ever read this, you make awesome music.
