Welcome to my channel "COLOURFUL IDEAS". In this video, today I am going to show you How to Make Crunchy Potato Cheese Balls Recipe at home. Cheese balls are popular snacks that can be seen as both street food and restaurant snacks. This is a quick and easy snack recipe that kids and adults will love. It is usually made by stuffing mixed vegetables with a cheese block in a bread crumbs coating. If you feel like eating something tasty for breakfast, then you can try this recipe of cheese balls. You can serve it with sauce, chutney or ketchup etc. This Potato Cheese Balls recipe looks delicious. So try this amazing Potato Cheese Balls by following ingredients given below :
1. Boiled potatoes - 5-6
(उबले हुए आलू - 500 g)
2. Red, green and yellow bell peppers - ¼ + ¼ + ¼ Cups
(लाल, हरी और पीली शिमला मिर्च)
3. Boiled American Sweetcorn - ¼ cup
(उबले हुए स्वीटकॉर्न)
4. Finely chopped onions - ¼ cup
(बारीक़ कटे प्याज)
5. Finely chopped coriander - 3 tbsp
(बारीक़ कटा हरा धनिया)
6. Green chilies finely chopped - 1 tbsp
(हरी मिर्च बारीक़ कटी हुई)
7. Grated garlic - 1 tsp
(कद्दूकस लहसुन)
8. Grated ginger - 1 tsp
(कद्दूकस अदरक)
9. Salt (नमक) - to taste
10. Crushed black pepper (कुटी हुई काली मिर्च) - 1½ tsp
11. Pizza Seasoning (पिज्जा मसाला) - 1 tbsp
12. Oregano (ओरिगैनो) - 1 tsp
13. Chili flakes (मिर्ची के परत) - 1 tbsp
14. Bread crumbs (ब्रेड का चूरा) - 1½ cup
(ब्रेड का चूरा)
15. Grated cheese (कद्दूकस चीज) - 1/2 cup
16. Cheese Cube (चीज़ क्यूब)) - 20 to 25
To make the slurry :
(घोल बनाने के लिए)
1. Corn flour - 4 tbsp
2. All purpose flour - 4 tbsp
3. Water - as required
(कॉर्न फ्लॉर + मैदा + पानी)
