  • Hello everyone,
We are getting so close to the birth of our son. Naturally, we wanted to share a life update in preparation for the big entry. We appreciate all of the support and love we have received as we get accustomed to life here in New Zealand and all the progress we have made!
    Sincerely,
    The Foley Family

Play softball, the same except for the delivery of the serve is under arm
With the hot weather and long days lights definitely aren't necessary but tinsel helps. You don't realise the effect of the lights reflecting off the snow or rains drops play in creating the ambience of Christmas. Have a good one and go well with the delivery of your pepe. Manaaki te Atua 💞

Rain was everywhere. This is when you are thankful for our modern electronics and you can be in visual contact with all of your family over baby birth and Christmas.

Yeah we play softball more than baseball. In fact both men's and women's softball teams have been world champs several times

Good luck with baby and it gets so hot here in summer due to the Ozone Hole that is over New Zealand 🇳🇿. You really have to Slip (slip on a shirt 👕), Slop (slop on sunscreen) & Slap (slap on a hat 👒) to protect from UV rays. Skin Cancer here is a MASSIVE PROBLEM.

Ah speaking as a geochemist I can tell you quite catagorically that the ozone hole is a myth. It's arquably the lack of pollution that's makes the sun on the Less populated southern hemisphere more intense

If your little girl was taken to Tau hospital A and E dept when she was in a lot of pain, she would have been taken in for an op re ears/ hearing much earlier, if it was seen to be necessary.

You applying for paid parental leave? If she's on maternity leave you can apply and get paid now.
You applying for best start working for families payments? Tbh, working for families the child has to be resident or citizen. Not 100% sure if you qualify.

Natural so much better for baby. He will tell you when he's ready. Induction should really only be used if Mum or baby are at emergency levels, otherwise let nature do its thing. We have a lot of post birth assistance here with Plunket etc. Any issues you just make contact and the help is there. Home visits etc.
