Thank you, thank you, thank you. I bought this jig the same week you posted the first video related to the jig. I put it together to work on a few bandsaw boxes but ended up making the shapes without the jig and just left it on the pile. Must say I didn't know how to use it until now that I stumbled on this video. New ideas in mind. Thanks again.
On the arc, it doesn't matter where you place the wood in relation to the center of the arc. If you want to eschew the arch, you need to take the object and change it from being perpendicular to the arc.
I am a new wood worker sort of and love your VDOs on most everything. I think I aw this arc jig a bit ago and you where selling it ready to go. I am very interested in it but not so good yet with the complete build from plans. Is there still a way to by this jig ready to assemble and work? If so where do I go to order it? Please help this novice woodworker!!! Actually anyone at all with this!
This is the first time i ever bought anything that didn't come with all the parts that was shone it a product and now they tell you all you get is the fundamental pieces you have to make the rest of it if you want it and go to lowes and get your hardware, and has no instructions
I'm guessing that it was thought that the people who would buy this and have a decent band saw to work on, probably already have the hardware on hand. Also, the slip in the box did say that the instructions were online - as is true with many products I've bought - the online videos are much more helpful than the poorly prepared instructions in the box. Both of these were likely an effort to keep the cost down - which I appreciate. My only suggestion would be to include a laser etched center mark on the two sleds - but it's no biggie.
Thanks Izzy. Love the arc jig. Thanks for sharing.

Brilliant concept, Izzy.
This looks great. How about a link to buy it? Also, in your next run, you might want to have the CNC score the center line on the curved pieces.
Ditto, that seems like a missed opportunity
Hola hombre grande, bueno tú trabajo. Solo entendemos castellano y náhuatl.
